Eric and his loot. Thanks for the birthday cards and calls. We had scrumptious salmon. My tastebuds water just thinking about it. Yummy! (Thanks Ted!) Ragamuffin Jodi did have her hair in pigtails but she has a mind of her own.

Cora the Explora

Cora LOVES to check out everything. She is always examining the toys. Now that she is very mobile (she stands by herself now) she loves to get into the cabinets. She loves the toilet paper roll and the toilet too. Every time I turn around she has found something I have to try and pry away from her. :) We luv our explora!

No TV Tues - Thurs

Yesterday we did a no TV Tuesday and it was great! After dinner we all hung out in the kitchen with the radio blasting while we did dishes. We had a great time dancing ! Jodi especially loved it when Daddy would twirl and toss her into the air. Highly reccomend this idea.

Window Friends

and it was too cute to pass up so I snapped a picture. Cora is on the left and Jodi on the right.

Kitchen Bathtime!

Our bathtub is well going to be ripped out shortly (42 days but who's counting!) and so we've been exploring our options. The sink worked beautifully and the girls loved it!

Back in comission

We just spent the last week house sitting for a couple while they went to a Hawaii. They have a very nice home and it was fun to us to go on vacation to a house where they had an upstairs and downstairs with lots of fun extras to play with and take care of. Ah, but we must remind ourselves we are living in our home to help us get out of debt so someday we can have similar things and really feel like we've earned them. We were all happy to be back in our cozy little space and so the experience of seeing how "the other half lives" didn't spoil us the way I thought it would. It's good to be home!
